Wrong phone send to me. Does not match what is on my invoice.

I am transferring from a different carrier. Until till I am moving over fall line two of which were supposed to be iPhone SE 20. Instead I received the iPhone SE with the 4 inch screen displaying. I received the deal through an AT&T representative in a Target store. Can I go to an AT&T being there and have the phone exchange for the correct one I've listed on the invoice? I have not activated any of the phones. I am considering just staying with my current carrier. This is not a good first impression. I'm really bummed out.

We just need a little more info about your experience. If you purchased the device at Target you will need to return to that store and talk to the same representative that signed you up. However, if the device was shipped to you then we'll need to follow specific steps to exchange your device.

You must return at Target. 

The new SE vs old are very different looking.  The new SE has a solid color back as pictured.
