Wrong names on callers
I switched to AT&T from a different carrier 1 month ago. I own the account and all the other members of the account names come up as me with their actual cell phone numbers on the iPhone, EXCEPT for the one family member who has a Samsung phone: her name and number are correctly displayed. The sales rep, his manager and everyone else says they do not understand why. I was with the other major carrier for YEARS, changed phones 2-3 times with that provider and NEVER had this problem before. I am very disappointed in this service.

I have tried this. Many times. Still doesn't work. My question is about recieving calls from a cell phone (my family members do not have landlines) to my landline phone with caller ID.
This soloution has been tried and did not work.

We have the exact same issue. Countless hours on the phone with ATT and a couple of store visits and it is still an issue. The above directions have been followed numerous times as well. SO FRUSTRATING!!
