Worst service

I have been using AT&T for many years and upgraded to a new phone this year. Service is horrible and I have missed and dropped multiple calls in my apartment. I have been working at home and have missed multiple phone interviews and six calls today because my phone will not ring. I have made multiple calls to AT&T customer service and have been put on hold for hours, told to restart my phone and I will be called back (no call back), created foUr tickets but only two actually exist, text from att that there is no issue (I don’t spend hours on the phone because there is no issue), put on hold to “talk to the manager” when all I could hear was the person sitting there for 15 minutes talking to another person until I said “hi” and then they responded. Very unprofessional and not worth the money. I will never go with AT&T again.

So go to an apple store they will replace it if it’s defective
