MY BEST SUGGESTION IF YOU WANT AT&T, OR FIRSTNET:   BUYER BE WARE  !!! I WOULD SUGGEST ANY OTHER COMPANY, UNLESS YOU LOVE BEING ON HOLD AND MAKING YOURSELF FEEL HORRIBLE DEALING PEOPLE THAT ARE CLUELESS !!

I am a Firstnet subscriber, order placed online and porting numbers in, buying new equipment. ( purchase price was good in comparison to other companies, along with a trade in ) but if you cant actually order, receive an order, or get actual help with the order,it might as well be free!! i have placed 2 orders first one 23 days ago. took over a week for it to be cancelled since no one could actually make the order move past, "Ooops, we hit a snag" then several calls and hours on the phone, back and forth att said call first net, firstnet said call att, round and round over and over.... then I wasn't eligible for upgrade to purchase, more calls...

finally 20 days after the first order i was eligible for upgrade, to trade in, and purchase monthly.  order confirmation email, order accepted and in the works email, next day. "Ooops we hit a snag" now its payment issue,,???  but you placed a hold on funds in my checking acct.??? I don't get it,  don't worry, the 3 1/2 hours and 15 people i talked to didn't either... no one knows what's wrong, or how to fix it..

As a Verizon customer since 2019 and previously an AT&T customer, there's a simple solution to this because they're all a freaking mess...

Walk into a store Do all of your business in the store. Make sure you have documentation supporting all your transactions receipts for any trade-ins etc.

After the colossal foul-up with my Verizon online upgrade with trade-in and double storage back in February, I will never do business online again.  Verizon's website is complete garbage. Their system does not recognize IMEIs even of phones that they sold you.

   If it weren't for a corporate store I would not be getting my trade in credits They rescued my relationship. I would have returned everything and switched again.
