Wireless account access
Customer Service, chat and in store can't help so far...
I got a new IPad with wireless service through Costco. They set up a temporary pass code to access my account. (No idea what it is)
I tried to reset it, but the AT&T site wants to text you a temporary code....yeah, how when it's an IPad, not a phone?
They also used a "e-sim" for this iPad, so I can't pull the Sim and put it in a cell phone temporarily either.
I just want to log on to my online account, make changes, pay the bill etc.
All the customer #'s are not manned and throw you to disconnect.
All the chat people keep giving you the same 3 #'s to call, or push it off on going to a store for help, and they can't do anything either.
Anyone else have the same problem??

Hi there, Squatch22. Let's help you to access your AT&T account on your iPad.
Since you've already visited an AT&T Store, you may be able to get help accessing your account by visiting your nearest AT&T Corporate Store. Use our AT&T Store Locator to enter your location then select FILTER and choose Company Owned Store.
When you do visit, make sure to carry with you a valid government-issued photo ID, which includes a driver's license, passport, or alien Registration Receipt Card with photo. You'll need it to manage your account in a store.
Also, if you haven't already, you can return to the Costco store where you purchased your iPad so that you can find out the temporary passcode and learn what phone number they used to set you up with an AT&T plan, if it's not your current cellphone number.
Once you find that out you can then set up your own passcode in order to sign in, pay your bill, and make changes to your account. When you're able to sign in, here are the instructions to Update your iPad payment and personal information.
Hopefully, you'll be able to get the information you need in order to access your AT&T account.
We hope this information helps.
