WiFi calling can’t turn on due to e911 address

I cannot enable WiFi calling on any of my iPhones (6 & 7).  I get to the point where it asks for my address and then it tells me that it is not a valid address.

Wi-Fi Calling

Verify Emergency 911 Address

Need valid address

To enable Wi-Fi Calling, we have to have a valid address. We can't find this address in the emergency 911 database and won't be able to enable Wi-Fi Calling. (GEO-0074-WS)

I’m in a newly built subdivision.  I get mail fine, I can pull up my address on google maps as well.  USPS Site has the address as well.  How can I get this updated?

Good afternoon @bfellner!

My name is Anthony, and I am with the AT&T Community and Forums Team.  I understand you are having issues with entering your address, as a Wi-Fi address.  This is a common issue with new communities.

Please send a private message to @ATTCares.  In this message include your full name, wireless number, address, time zone, and a good time to call you.  I can use this information to update our database.

Thank you for participating in the Community Forums.
