I have been waiting on my replacement phone to arrive and I just found out the claim was cancelled, and I want to know why?

Not remotely enough information for anyone here to be able to help you. You’ll have to call or chat with them. If this is an insurance replacement, the people you have to talk to is Asurion, who is the insurance company.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you're in need of a replacement cell phone, but your claim was canceled for some reason.

Are you referring to an insurance claim that you recently filed to have your cell phone replaced that way?
