Why are my voicemails delayed?
Lately, I have been getting voicemails hours or days after they were first left for me. Why is this? I should be getting voicemails within minutes after someone calls me.

All,
We are aware some customers may be experiencing delays in setting up or retrieving voicemails. We’re are working with the vendor to fix this as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile, you can press and hold the “1” key on your handset to be connected to voicemail.
As soon as we are provided any additional information, we’ll pass it along. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Thanks,
The AT&T Community Team

I am using an LG Go Phone LG-K371 and voice mail messages are delayed for hours or days. A friend has the same problem but she uses an IPhone. We are both served by AT&T...what can be done?

Have iPhone Xs Max 512 GB, and I'm experiencing voicemails not coming to me timely, and sometimes the next day. Is there a known issue with this happening? I'm in network constantly, and I'm not in any area outside of the network. Why would this be happening?

Hi, @Jfroyos,
We'd love to help you with this! In most cases you can clear up delayed voicemail notifications by resetting your network settings. This is an iPhone, correct? Go into Settings>General>Reset and select Reset Network Settings. Let us know if this helps.
Please note that Resetting your Network Settings will require you to reconnect to your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections. Before doing so, please ensure you know your Wi-Fi password before performing this step.

Twice in the last 4 weeks there has been a delay in voicemails... over 12 hours. I tried the fix.. 1 Press and release quickly volume up, 2 down, and 3 right button until you see apple logo ... I don’t see apple logo on step 3.

Today, Saturday 10/26/2019, I received two voice mails. One was dated Tuesday 10/22 and
the other was dated Wednesday 10/23. I assume this is an AT&T problem. Has this problem
been resolved? If not, when can I expect it to be fixed? Thanks.

I have an iPhone XS Max (with the latest IOS) and have had a consistent issue with getting phone calls, having them go to voicemail (as they should) but the notification on my phone that there is a voicemail and the voicemail themselves are always hours and sometimes days later. I have tried to reset my voicemail password (and power cycle) and run the AT&T system diagnostic (and power cycle) and there hasn't been a change.

I tried chatting about this but it wasn't available. I have been experiencing delayed voicemails of up to a day. I have tried doing the network reset but that hasn't helped. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not receiving voicemail messages nor am I getting a notification that I have one. Has been going on most of the week. AT&T techs can't fix - have called 3x and they have now said the engineers are working on it as it is a known problem. Anyone else experience this? Very frustrating.

I am using a Galaxy s10e with visual voicemail. I attempted to access my voicemail and received the message, "I'm sorry. Someone has already entered into your voicemail using that password. Please try again later." I then opened the visual voicemail app to see the messages. Although the list of messages (read and unread) is there, when I attempt to open any of them, I get a message stating,"messages already deleted!" I didn't delete these messages and cannot access them. Please advise!

Hi, My Voicemails aren't showing up on my phone and I noticed some are delayed for a week. hey seem to be recorded with At&t account since i can call in and retrieve them but they're not being pushed to my phone. This phone was previously on another plan and I changed the SIM to a prepaid number on a new plan. Everything was normal before I switched plans and I would previously receive voicemails instantly. thanks in advance-

Hello. The last week or so I've had the following issues. I have an iPhoneXR on AT&T Prepaid.
- Group messages containing iPhone and Android users give me "Message Send Failure" almost every time when I try and send a message.
- Voicemail notifications on the iPhone show up hours later. I tried calling my number yesterday to check to see if I had any messages and I got a response that "My password was entered incorrectly" even though I hadn't entered anything. I've talked to another AT&T user who had this happen recently.
Thanks!
Josh
