Where do I find my RMA number if phone was delivered to my door by an expert?

I want to return my phone; however, I need my RMA. However, I wasn't given an RMA when the phone was dropped off (the Right to You delivery expert just handed me the phone in it's box). Where can I find it?

Hello, @nycgal21 we're happy to help with information to return your device. 

 

If you bought your device online, through an AT&T or non-AT&T store -- Give us a call, we'll be happy initiate your return or exchange and get you a shipping label. The RMA number you can use is the order number or billing account number. 

  • The return materials authorization (RMA) number you can  find the RMA printed on the prepaid shipping label.
  • Use the shipping materials we sent you, which may be the box your new device came in. Be sure to only ship one device per box.
  • Drop the device off at the U.S. Post Office or at one of our company-branded stores.
    • Only ship the device. Hold on to your power chords and accessories.
    • Request a U.S. mail receipt.
    • Write down your tracking number.
  • Want more details? Check the return instructions in your box or shipping materials. If we sent you shipping materials and you’re missing a label review our AT&T Wireless return help page on how to get started with your return. 

After sending your device: 

  • Track your return at tracking.smartlabel.com.
  • Be on the lookout for a text and an email confirming we received the returned device.
