We hit a snag, but we're ready to get things back on track

I ordered my new iPhone on 9/22/2019, my status is: We hit a snag, but we're ready to get things back on track

 

The order was supposed to be delivered between 9/30-10/7, it’s 10/5 Saturday, still has not receive shipping confirmation. Am I going to get my order in time?

I got that same message and called and was told “oh we just needed you to comfirm your order” then we got off the phone. Didn’t ask questions or anything

I've also gotten the same message as my status.  I've chatted 3 times online and I've called twice.  Each chat I was told everything is fine and I would still get my order by the 21st of October.  Both calls they said they needed to reprocess the order so it was to be canceled and both people assured me they had really canceled and I could go online and redo my order.  So I did.  Twice.  I checked the original order number and it's still not canceled and when I try to cancel it myself online it tells me I can't cancel it until my phone numbers are ported!
