We can't unlock your device today.

You've tried to unlock this device too many times. Wait 30 days and then submit a new request.


Can you help me with this problem?

I have a present from my aunt and its locked.

I try to unlock my device a few days, but there was an error on the page (Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later. )

And i tryed it later srveral times. Now i have got a request number but it says to wait 30 days for new request!!!!!!


What can you do for me?

that really (Edited per community guidelines) because I have the same problem and they told me IMEI number does not match that's why we can't unlock your phone.
