We can't unlock your device today. You've tried to unlock this device too many times. Wait 30 days and then submit a new request.

I tried to unlock my phone before, and i had a problem with the payment, and when i fixed it, it said that i tried too many times and now i have to wait 30 days... there´s something i can do?

If you were notified that your unlock request could not proceed due to multiple attempts to re-submit a new device unlock, you may have to wait within the 30-day time frame until the old request automatically voids from the device unlock system. 


It's best recommended to review All Unlock Eligibility Requirements as stated in the highlight article before submitting a new request after 30 days.
