We can’t unlock this device because it has been reported as lost or stolen.

"I bought an iPhone from an online store, and when it arrived, I discovered that it was locked to the AT&T network. When I tried to unlock it, I received a message that the phone is reported as stolen or lost. What should I do in this situation?"

"Unfortunately, I cannot continue using it, as I have purchased it more than a year ago."

Well then you have a very expensive iPod. AT&T will not unlock it they don't have to they're obligated not to. The only one who can help you is the person that put it on the blacklist in the first place.

This is a dead end

@Saif180

Sorry to say but the phone is useless now. Only original owner can remove it from blacklist. If by any chance you can find an original owner, maybe you can have him remove it. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

Hi @Saif180, we understand how you’re feeling. We're here to help.

Since you have confirmed that the device is updated as stolen or backlisted from AT&T, to remove the blacklist on your device, we need the original account holder to contact us.
