Watch series 3 still not working alone
Apple Watch series 3 will not work without my iPhone. I chatted this morning, got disconnected because the website logged me out while using chat. This has happened multiple times, serious issue needs to be addressed. I feel like it’s because my AT&T ID is my main ID. But shouldn’t that have been a question they asked? Nope they didn’t and I’m very upset that it’s still not working.

Hello, @DeannaG83,
Let's take a look at your cellular connection for the watch. Have you checked to make sure cellular was still enabled? Try these steps:
If the cellular is still on, has this happened before? When it's happened, was there a wireless signal showing?
You can also check the Watch using the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Sign into your myAT&T account, click on the link, pick the issue, and follow the steps provided.
