We'd like to know what's happening with your voicemail:

  • What's the cellphone brand/model you're currently using?
  • Have you received a notification error as to why your VM won't play? If so, what does the error message say?
  • Is the the VM feature active on your account and device?

The more specific details you can provide us, the better we can proceed further.
