Hello @Jennajess

It's no fun when callers are greeted with "voicemail box is full" message. We're happy to help!

To help edit or clear out your voicemail box, you can try these steps:

From your AT&T wireless phone

  1. From your AT&T wireless phone, press and hold 1. For AT&T Wireless Home Phone, dial 1.
  2. If prompted, enter your voicemail password. Any new unheard messages will begin to play.
  3. If you don't have new voicemail, press 1 to listen to your saved messages. Messages play beginning with your first (oldest) unheard message or first (oldest) saved message.

From another phone

  1. Call your 10-digit wireless number.
  2. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press the * key to interrupt it.
  3. If you reach the main voicemail system greeting, enter your 10-digit wireless phone number, then interrupt your greeting by pressing the * key.
  4. Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
  5. Follow the voice prompts to listen to your messages.

We hope this works, and have a great weekend!

Is there a permanent solution to this issue?  Going thru each already deleted VM one by one to delete every few days is not a great solution.

didn't work.  When I dial the number, it goes right to voicemail retrieval and states "you have no messages", but my voicemail still says it is full when you call it.
