Voicemail tab

I don’t have a voicemail tab in the phone app . I can’t retrieve voicemail either

What cellphone/device are you currently using at this time?
Are you accessing a pre-installed app that was included with your cellphone? Or did you download a different VM app to use?
What do you mean you can't retrieve your voicemail? Have you pressed and hold down the dial 1-key on the phone's dial screen or button to access the voicemail system?
