Hello,
If it’s a postpaid account, then call 611 or visit a store (or chat through Myatt app or att.com) to have it reset so you see a “setup voicemail” button there to get it working. They can also check that the correct IMEI for your iPhone is registered on account to make visual voicemail work,
If it’s prepaid, call 611 or go to paygonline.com to make sure your plan has data to support visual voicemail.
