Voice mail is NOT working

My voice mail has been down for 2 weeks now. How can this be fixed?  My husband's has been down too. We took our phones to the AT&T store and they told us they were working on it....that has been a week now and it is STILL NOT WORKING !!! We need our voice mail for work !!! WHAT"S UP ? And do we get credit for this mess???

We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a top priority and AT&T is working around the clock to provide a resolution. Please try accessing your voicemail using the Visual Voicemail app. Once your voicemail is back up and running, we can take a further look into your credit request.
