Greetings @JDwrght!

Allow us to assist. Try resolving your experience by resetting your network settings. Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

It's likely your experience is the result of a hiccup in the connection between your phone and the network.

Feel free to visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool for further troubleshooting steps. After selecting your device’s make and model go to Network/Service Issues > Voicemail.

Let me know if this helps.

Have tried this a couple of times and no luck. I called customer service and they could not figure out why and were supposed to get back in touch but never did. This happened to all 5 devices on my account.

Hi,

Using iPhone 6S-Plus, and after just updating to OS 13.1.3, my Visual Voicemail stopped working.

Voicemail--purely Voicemail--does work.

I have tried the various methods listed here and elsewhere, except for Reset Network Settings

When I reset, what information will I need?
Will I need my wireless account number, current voicemail password, etc?

Thank you,
🙂

OK, then, I just tried the Reset Network Settings but that did not work.

Any suggestions?

I know from reading the other Replies that this has been an ongoing problem for several incarnations of iPhone OS, but there should be some reason why and how, and how to fix this perennial problem.

Thank you,
🙂

did you ever get this resolved?  I have the same issue and Apple nor AT&T can help.  I heard something about a 3rd party vendor issue but nothing else.

Hi,

Sorry.
As with all of the others who are stuck, I tried all of the options for "sure cures."

None of them worked.

I wonder if it has to do with AT&T by way of reduced internet speed.

Years ago I cancelled my internet connection on my computer because I found out they were delivering me 1/2 (that is one half) of the upload/download speeds that I had paid for.

I only reluctantly use AT&T for my iPhone. All of my extended family uses AT&T so I wanted to stay on the same network--it was the cost of text messaging, at the time.

My friends who spend much of their time in the high Sierras ALL use Verizon. One group reported a lighting striked caused forest fire. A guest ride-along had AT&T and he was the only one in the entire group of eight that did not have service.

VERY frustrating, this.

Someone at AT&T should step up and solve this. But, if you look at the dates of the others on this thread, this is and has been an ongoing problem for a long time.

I still have the 6S+ and like it very much, but I am beginning to look for an update.
I do not think I will stay with AT&T--for this and for previous problems.

😞

I have tried everything to get my visual voicemail to work. Hasn’t worked since I switched from Verizon. I have 5 lines and it works on 4 of them , but not my phone. I have e tried everything from att and apple forums. I have gone to chat and into the store and was told there’s nothing they can do. Unacceptable. I will be switching back to Verizon now that countless hours of my time have been wasted and nobody seems to care.
