Verizon NAI showing in Settings / General / About / Carrier on IPad mini 4 iOS 10.3.3
I have an iPad I bought at Apple Store. Tried multiple sims on this device and am now on AT&T Unlimited Data plan with AT&T sim I previously had. It says Verizon under NAI under Settings / About / Carrier, I tried to reset network settings and subscriber services thinking it would remove it but it didn't work. AT&T apparently did maintenance on the Manage AT&T feature so I thought I had inadvertently messed up my account but that is now working again fine with my account information being correct and data plan working.
Is there a way to remove this Verizon info from my IPad? I am presuming it is a feature for CDMA carriers.

Apparently I got to learn how to read.🙄 You used your iPad Mini 4 on Verizon before? I bought my iPad Mini 4 with cellular brand new from Apple Store online awhile back, and used it only on AT&T. Maybe should take iPad back to Apple Store and have Genius check it out, last resort do the full restore.😳

So this post is 3 years old, but I found a way to remove Verizon's NAI and PRL when moving to AT&T, so maybe this will help someone.
Go to troubleshoot.att.com, sign into your AT&T account.
Click "Messaging" under Service Issues, then choose Standard, Group Messaging.
It will check for outages in your area, and tell you to try a few other things, just keep clicking the "No that didn't help" button. After a few steps it will offer a "Refresh Connection" button.
When I clicked the "Refresh Connection" button, my "AT&T LTE" signal indicator changed to just "AT&T" and it told me to reboot my phone. After the reboot, LTE was back, and the Verizon settings were gone from the Settings menu.
