Verify Identity
I received the following message:Unfortunately, because we were unable to verify your identity with the information you provided, your order was canceled and your credit card has not been charged.
We'll be happy to help you with your purchase. Please just visit one of ourAT&T stores and present your identification if you would like to place your order again.
I went to my local AT&T wireless store presented my state issues ID. I was then put on the phone with an AT&T representative who informed me that they could not verify that I am me. How do I resolve this issue?
