at & t chat is 15 minutes wait I have had the phone over 2 years and cant dial really need help cause its my only phone thanks !!

The great news is there are a couple of options to obtain the PUK code required. The easiest way is directly from your myAT&T online account. Please visit this link, which will guide you through the steps to get the PUK code and unlock your SIM card.
