Updating Icloud Settings

I'm in the process of unlocking my iPhone and have followed all of the necessary steps. Now that I'm in the process of restoring it after erasing everything, the phone shows that it's updating the iCloud settings, however that message has been on my phone screen for almost 2 hours. Is that normal? Thanks, Mike

If you have a lot of data to restore, 2 hours maybe normal.

The time spent in restoring data depends on the size of data to be restored and internet download speed.

Got it, thank you. Just spoke with an AT&T rep and they mentioned that my phone most likely got stuck and that I should turn the phone off and then on again. I might have to go through the same steps as before. Hopefully it won't get stuck again.
