Unlocking request (HELP)

A few days ago I tried to unlock my iphone.
I filled out the entire form correctly but I never imagined that they needed a confirmation in my email, which I looked at the next day and 24 hours later. I tried a day later to make another request and it tells me that it is pending.

I made the request on December 2 of this year, it already has enough time and it is still pending.

I'm still waiting for the application to be completed, I try to make another one and it tells me that I already have an open application
