Unlocking phone
I have recently upgraded my phone and would like to unlock my previous phone which is fully paid. When I try to unlock my phone through the website, it says it has not yet been fully paid.
I have checked and verified my phone is fully paid. I have also been to an AT&T store where I’ve been told they are unable to help. How can I unlock my phone?

it can take up to 14 days for the unlock system to catch up that you paid of your phone.

Are you still using the old phone? If not, put your request in as a non customer.

Not using the phone anymore and have tried the non-ATT customer option as well.
