Unlocking Network Lock

AT&T,

I am a Saudi citizen, and I bought an iPhone X with an AT&T contract.

When I tried to set up my iPhone, there was an Activation screen, which required me to enter a Zip Code and a SSN.

I made an unlock request, and it was approved in like 2 minutes.

So, I restored my iPhone X into factory settings using iTunes, then I inserted my Saudi SIM, but the iPhone required me to enter a Zip Code, and SSN.

So, I requested another unlock request, and restored my iPhone, but I had the same issue.

Hopefully, you have a solution.
