Unlocking my old iPhone I no longer have.

Hello. Last December I gave my old iPhone X to my brother in law as a gift. He lives in the Philippines and unfortunately I didn’t get to unlock it before giving it away as a present. Can I still unlock it remotely if I have my old phone’s IMEI number? And which IMEI number should I use - the physical SIM, the digital SIM or the IMEI number that’s found on the back of the phone box? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can still unlock it. Use the IMEI from the back of the box. Submit your unlock request as a non customer.
