Unlocking my iPhone

"Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device. Try entering it again. Dial *#06# on your mobile phone to make sure you have the right IMEI. " I'm having trouble trying to unlock my iPhone 6s. Please help ASAP!!

  • Was the iPhone purchased through AT&T or a 3rd-party retailer?
  • Has the cellphone completed either 60 days Postpaid or 6 months of Prepaid cellular service from AT&T?
  • Have you checked to make sure the device has Met All Eligibility Requirements to continue the unlock process?
