Unlocking iPhone 7 Plus bought at Best Buy

Hello Ladies and gentlemen,

This is Lino, a very very very very frustrated client. No necessarily with AT&T but with the retailer where I got my unlocked iPhone 7 Plus from.

What happened, although the title says a lot and it might probably something very familiar to you, was; I went to the beautiful Best Buy store and crystal clearly I asked for an unlocked universal device which I could use not only in America, but also in Brazil and UK with different carriers. The poorly trained staff sold me what it is now a $900 brick. The device supposed to be totally unlocked but, as soon as I bought a Prepaid Sim Card at your Willow Grove Park Mall store, my phone locked up for AT&T services only. I left the US already, I am in Brazil now and soon departing to the UK (where I live most of the time). I really need your help to unlock my phone and the 6 months of minimum activation does not apply on prepaid contract when the device is not bought in store. The carrier locked a personal device when it should't.
