Unlocking device problem
I wanted to unlock my iphone I tried to use https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/unlockstep1
This website but when I filled every blank the system said I have a bill that is not paid yet. But I am really sure that I paid all of them. I bought this phone but I can't use it in my country I am a student I don't know what to do. I am ready to pay to make unlock my device

If you are not the original owner, only the original owner can pay it off. Contacting ATT won’t do any good but calling is the only way. ATT does not do support via email.

When did you finish paying off the phone? If it’s within the last few days, it may not have shown up in the unlocking system yet. If it’s been a while, then you’ll have to contact AT&T to verify it has been paid off.

It is already a month. This is a refurbished phone so maybe the old owner didn't paid. But I still want to reach that bill. How can I contat with at&t as mailing address because I can not call them in Turkey.
