Unlocking deceased persons iphone
I have my (deceased) brother’s electronics and cannot unlock them. I’ve had them since August 2022 and I do not have his billing information. What do I need to do? Do I go to a store with them and his death certificate?

Very sorry for your loss.
It depends on what you mean by "locked" .
If your brother put user locks on them there's probably nothing you'll be able to do. User locks are there for a purpose so that only the user can remove them.
User locks would include a screen lock, and an iCloud or Google lock.
If you mean carrier locked, that will depend on whether or not the phone has been paid off. If the estate paid off his account and phone, then you would be able to get the phone unlocked. If you requested the account be closed and balance waived, the phone is not paid off and will never be unlocked.
It can still be used on AT&T if you can remove any user locks.
