Unlocking An Eligable Prepaid iPhone SE
I have an iPhone SE that I purchased at Best Buy in 2017 and have used it for the past 7 months. Whenever I try to use the AT&T unlock portal, it says "We can't complete your unlock request right now" and "Looks like the information we need isn't in our database yet." I obviously paid for the device in full and have more than the required usage time for a prepaid unlock. I have tried the unlock portal four times in the last few weeks and have been denied every single time. Is there something I'm missing? Does the website actually work?

Should I just keep trying the unlock portal? Is there a limit to how many times an IMEI can be run through it before they block it?

Was it used directly on att or something like straight talk?

It has been used exclusively on ATT Prepaid since purchase.

Just tried for the fifth time, without a doubt I've used this phone for more than 7 months and still keep getting denied. Is there anyone out there who can help me get this phone unlocked? I've tried calling support and they couldn't help me very much.

I hate to bump this, but the issue still stands and I've tried two more times since then. I thought it would be easier to bump this thread than to create a new one. Are there any mods out there that can help me?
