Unlocking a phone on my plan

I unlocked my phone and now want to unlock another phone on my plan. Your site will not let me unlock that other phone. It is very frustrating.

What reason are you getting for the phone unlocking denial?

Telling me they cannot unlock that phone (not mine, the one on my plan). Says it does not recognize the number. Frustrating because there are 2 numbers on the bill, mine and the other one. I unlocked my number, but cannot unlock the other one.
