Unlocked sim wrong imei

I sent a request to have my iPhone 13 Pro Max and have the sim unlocked. I put in a request and got a request number. Later, I received an approval to unlock. I have not received an unlock code. The request had a different IMEI than what is in my phone.

I am looking for what to do next..

iPhones don’t use unlock codes, so you’ll never get one.  AT&T requests Apple to perform the unlock remotely through their servers.  Did you manually input the IMEI into the online unlocking portal?  Is the IMEI that was approved the second IMEI on your phone?  Your phone has dual SIM slots, and has two IMEIs.  Have you checked whether your phone is unlocked by looking in the settings on the phone?

I manually entered the number. There are enough differences between the IMEI in the phone and what I entered to be a typo.

The IMEI number that was locked is not the second IMEI number on the phone.

In the settings, it shows the SIM being locked.
