Unlocked My iPhone

When I submitted the unlock application, I was reminded that I had not paid it back, but I bought this phone from eBay, what should I do

The previous owner most likley still owes a balance on the phone account, and it has been locked from the phone company untill the balance is paid. They couldn’t do anything with it so sold it to make some extra cash I believe unfortunately for you. Or I could be completley wrong.

You can call at&t and see what you can do, but you would probably need the account info from the previous user.

You can’t pay off someone else’s phone, because AT&T won’t give you someone else’s account information that you would need. If you’re not the person who owes the balance, AT&T won’t do anything for you.
