Unlock

I submitted an unlock request 4 days ago and it still is being processed. I need it unlocked asap and i cant get into contact with a service representative.

it is a iphone se gen 2 and it was purchased with atnt. i never received link to confirm in my email. i tried to resubmit the request but it said that i could not resubmit because i already had a request in.

We understand the importance of completing your request. It may take 7 business days, or longer, for your request to be processed.

 

In some instances, the email is routed to your primary email folder, in others, it may have been routed to spam. So, check spam and trash to make sure the email did not go there. 

  • If a phone is purchased from a non-AT&T authorized dealer or sites like eBay, AT&T may be unable to unlock the device. Before purchasing the device, make sure the seller performs the unlock request. In some instances, you will have to contact the seller to perform the request. If the device was purchased by another provider, they should have online resources to unlock the device.

You will need to wait for your initial unlock request to expire before submitting a new one, and this can take up to the processing time of 7 days to process and cancel out. Once you have submitted your unlock request you can then stay updated on the status of your request.  We're here if you have any questions.  I never got a confirmation email only an order status email. I checked everywhere for a confirmation link but never received one. The request have been processing for 8 days and is still in process. When will it expire? Can someone cancel the request so I can retry?

i'm in the same situation, ATT unlock portal is not fully operacional since more than 1 month as the email confirmation don't arrive ! called att no one can help ! very disappointed
