I got a phone from my aunt, I'm in Thailand, my aunt bought a phone in Sanjoe. I sent a request to unlock it to AT&T from 7/5/2020, then after 48h on 9/5/2020 I received an email :"We're doing a bit more research on your eligibility.

It's been 6 months since I requested to unlock 2 iPhones but until today, it's still not processed. Status is always "In Progress"
