I have submitted online request to unlock iPhone X.Full payment is done.But it still says in progress.How long does it take?

Let's look into that device unlock request for you. We like to know more about your case.

  • How long has it been since you submitted your request?
    • Keep in mind that requests can take 1-2 days to complete.
  • When submitting your request make sure your device has been active on the AT&T network for at least 60 days and that it meets our other eligibility requirements.

Yes I send online unlock request with details of my info and they send me email with request number.After 2 days They send me an email about they are running eligibility requirement.Since I have already done full payment.How long does this whole process still take to unlock my phone

Thank you for informing us. It can take us up to 48 hours to confirm your eligibility after you submit your unlock request. Once we've finished confirming your eligibility, you'll receive an email with customized unlock instructions if your unlock request was approved. You can enter your device IMEI and unlock request number at the following link to stay updated and Check your unlock status in the meantime.
