Good a few days ago I bought a cell phone when I received it I see that it is blocked by at & t used when requesting the unlocking send me the following message the cell phone is used.

Current status - Denied

Your unlock request was rejected because your account was not active for at least 60 days. The problem is that I do not live in the United States and I do not know what to do
