Unlock

I’m so annoyed , I have never had issues before to unlock my device that has been paid off already, I have put a request to unlock my device , followed the steps and got an email saying it would take 48 hrs to process which fine but after the 48 hrs they sent another email saying they are still trying to progress it and will get back to me soon, which it’s been another 24/48 hrs and still progressing , I had called customer service twice about this and no one can help me , the last  customer service rep  Told me to go to the store since they would be able to help and when I told her I have been to the store before and they told me that can’t deal with stuff, I asked to speak to a  supervisor  And she told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me ... just want to know why it’s taking so long and to get answers since it said it would only take 48 hrs to  process

Hi, @Niella21,

We'd love to help with this. While it usually takes two days to process the unlock request, seasonal upticks can make it take longer. We advise patience and, please keep an eye on your spam folder to make certain the response isn't misdirected.

Have a great weekend!
