Unlock
Hi,
I bought an iPhone from eBay that's locked to AT&T, but when unlocking the device, I find out that it has an outstanding balance.
What should I do and the seller refuses to let me return it as I have exceeded their return policy.

its a brick and will never be unlocked until the balance is paid, best bet is to contact eBay and file a claim for a fraudulent sale or item not as described or misrepresented, unfortunately at&t is under no obligation to unlock the phone. You will also not be able to pay off the balance yourself as the original owner is the only one that can do it.
