I've been trying to unlock my phone and I have submitted a request but it tells me to go to my email to confirm the request. It tells me to check my spam folder as well, but i cannot find the email anywhere I look. I know it's the right email, but I am not getting any emails with the link. I did, however, get an email from AT&T saying that the unlock request had to be cancelled because I did not confirm the request within 24 hours, but I couldn't because I never got the email. What should I do? Any suggestions?
