Unlock
I am trying to unlock my boyfriends old iPhone that has already been fully paid for and AT&T denied my request because the IMEI number provided does not match a device that is currently on the AT&T network. Help please.

If the old phone is no longer used on an AT&T account, you may need to apply for the unlock as a non customer.
