unlock the iphone
hi everybody,
I have question and I'll be happy, if someone can help me.
I'm not living in USA and I need to unlock my iphone to work in my country with other operator. I have requested the unloch on att website online and first time I had become an answer, that it is unlocked. I was happy and try to turn my sim on but it dosn't works. I have requested unlock second time, but I become an answer that ,,We're unable to approve your request because the IMEI number provided doesn't match a device that's currently on the AT&T network,,. can someone advice, what can I do? I need to unlock my phone...

Either the phone is already unlocked and you just need to complete the unlock process by doing a backup/restore or the phone is locked but not to ATT.
