Unlock Request
I am trying to unlock my iPhone 7 for my upcoming study abroad trip, and keep receiving the same error message: "Looks like your IMEI and phone number don't match. Check your info and try again." Problem is, I have checked multiple times, and the information is correct. @attmobilitycare @attcares how do I proceed? Please let me know. I am fully eligible to unlock my phone, so there should be no problem there, as the account is paid off and there should be no other issues.

Is the phone still on your account? Usually, if the phone is no longer on your account, you get that message. You can try to apply for the unlock as a non-customer.
