Good Morning AT&T,
I seem to be having the same issue with my iphone 6. I recently upgraded to the iphone X and moved my number. I need to get my old iphone unlocked - I submitted the request online and it has been pending. It says I will receive an email which I need to click and confirm. No email has been received. I am travelling overseas, please assist as soon as possible since I need this issue resolved.
