Unlock "request number" missing

I went through all the Unlock Portal then Never received a confirmation email containing “Request Number”.
So it won’t let me finish the process.

How do I retrieve the request number now?

Thanks, I wish my local AT&T guy could tell me that!  Well since I didn’t receive any e-mails from them I guess my unlock request was not approved.

you should have received an email stating approved or not approved, you can call apple and see if its hit their servers could be as simple as needingto insert another carrier sim card

Did you get any emails at all?  After you submitted the request, you should have gotten an email with the request number as well as a link to confirm the request within 24 hours.  If you never got that email and never confirmed, then the request doesn’t go through.  It should automatically cancel within a few days, but there is a chance that it’s “stuck” in progress and you can’t make another request until it clears.

Thanks again guys! and,

Nope, I didn’t receive no emails, zero.
but that was already explained as iPhone won’t be given Request Number.
Then I tried the process one more time for a sake, then the final screen says “that phone is already unlocked.

???

So I inserted Verizon SIM card to see, then it ended up telling me it’s Carrier locked.
Then I double checked by going

*setting / general / about /

I only found the Carrier Locked status is indeed “Locked”

I guess I have to buy unlocking SIM card from gadget webshop.
