Unlock Phone

I have tried for more than a week to unlock my cell phone and when entering my IMEI the legend appears "Sorry, we are having technical difficulties with our network at this time. Please try again later" I have tried it from different browsers, I already tried deleting the cookies and the same ones keep appearing, could you help me solve this problem, what can I do?

Are you outside of the US?  If so, you may need to use a U.S. based VPN to access the website.
