Unlock phone request

Hi. I have filled out the unlock request online 3 separate times. I confirm it in the email it sends me right away, it says thanks for confirming and then a day later it says my request is cancelled because I didn’t confirm. I need to unlock this for my son ASAP. Can you please help me?

There must be a problem with the unlock portal from the number of complaints I have seen about not confirming the unlock email when it has been confirmed. File an FCC complaint and someone from AT&T will contact you. If they receive enough complaints, maybe they will fix the portal.
